I think Germany would jump in on the side of the USA whilst Russia and Germany still sign a non-aggression pact and slowly invade their neighbors while the USA cautiously watches. France would certainly be a massive wild card. It might even be a three way war. Germany, USA, and maybe Ireland against Britain, Belgium, and Denmark, who are also against the USSR and German aggression in Europe. Italy and many of the smaller nations of Europe would probably ally with anyone who promised freedom and security.

Not sure if it’s been done yet, but: several Canadian provinces/territories that align more closely with the US vote to secede and are welcomed into the US (maybe there’s some political turmoil that makes it happen, maybe the US enters a new expansionist phase)

I think the idea behind Seelöwe was, that England has no actual defense and relies on the empire to wage its wars. So you should have made a scenario based on that. Is it true? Mexican victory would be hard in this war espiacially for this reasons: 1. We had little guns and ammo compared to the heavy industrialized U.S. 2. We didnt have a good belical infraestructure, we couldnt make our own guns or ships. 3. Our navy was a joke there hasnt been even one time when they actually defended our territory succesfully. 4.The north of the country was underpopulated and even then many of the folk there were foreign inmigrants that the government allowed to settle there. 5. Santa Anna was a moron. The U.S wouldn't have had a good causus beli if left some guards on night shift when he went to supress the rebellion in texas and therefore he wouldnt have gotten succesfully ambushed and forced to surrender. He even retreated one time when he was actually winning, what an embarassment this guy.

One thing to note is that air power would not play as significant a role as noted in this example . Air to sea bombing on a moving target is notoriously difficult especially for the Germans who’s pilots did not trained extensively for this ( yes I know of fligercorops 9 ) this is compounded by the targets being destroyed and light cruisers , the very worst possible targets due to their speed and manoeuvrability and the fact that the raf would be ordered to send forth quite literally everything they had that could fly to cover them Then you have to take into account the “40 “destroyers as stated in this video , it is worth noting that these ships were crewed and captained by some of the most experienced men in the Royal Navy and their ships in terms of surface to surface engagement were excellent ( see the battle of narvik) in a general sense and specifically the tribals which were essentially designed for this kind of close in knife fights wherein Further to this one could reasonable expect the total mobilisation of the home fleet and even the Mediterranean fleets in order to essentially block the channel by way of superior firepower as to put it nicely Germany had a rather stark deficiency in large calibre naval gun platforms
